Sheree practices in insurance, litigation and alternative dispute resolution law. Her clients include corporations (including directors, officers and shareholders), manufacturers, banks, receivers and individuals in insolvency cases, construction companies and insurers, who all rely on her for practical, strategic advice on a wide range of commercial and insurance disputes. Sheree has been recognized by a number of legal publications, such as Benchmark Canada, Lexpert and Best Lawyers, as a leader in litigation, insurance and product liability law. She is also an active member of the community through her involvement with a range of boards, committees, and societies.

  • Providing dispute resolution and strategic advice on a wide range of commercial matters, and representing clients in general commercial litigation matters.
  • Representing and advising commercial, property, and automobile insurers at all levels of court in Nova Scotia including in coverage disputes and defending various claims.
  • Acting in product liability cases and advising on potential recalls and the management of customer claims.
  • Advising and representing parties in shareholders disputes and oppression claims.
