Jahvon’s focus is on corporate and commercial law, including the areas of mergers and acquisitions, commercial transactions and agreements, corporate formation and reorganization, securities, and tax.

Jahvon has gained experience working on transactions involving both private and public companies. Jahvon’s experience includes:

• Assisting with the preparation of Share Purchase Agreements and other ancillary and closing documents.
• Supporting due diligence and document review.
• Assisting with various credit financing arrangements for both borrowers and lenders.
• Reviewing financial statements to assist companies with updating their corporate records and accounts.
• Managing the organization of closing documents; and
• Assisting U.S. based companies with Canada Revenue Agency access matters for non-resident directors.
