Sarah-Jane maintains a broad civil litigation practice, focused in the areas of medical malpractice defence, insurance defence and commercial litigation. She is an effective communicator and is motivated to find creative solutions to the legal problems faced by her clients.
Sarah-Jane’s experience includes:
- Advocating for clients in complex medical malpractice actions and related disciplinary proceedings;
- Providing coverage opinions and representing insurance companies in insurance defence litigation proceedings related to personal injury and property damage;
- Assisting with the resolution of contractual disputes including commercial and construction-related claims ;
- Completing security reviews and representing lending institutions in litigation proceedings to enforce creditor rights and recover debt.
