Graeme has worked with a wide variety of clients in various industries including commercial lenders, insurance brokers, property developers, and construction companies. He leverages his background in manufacturing by viewing each file as an overarching project with distinct milestones and expected outcomes. Working within this larger framework helps him to prioritize certain objectives, anticipate the lead-time required for certain tasks, and generally optimize the time he spends working on various files.

Graeme has experience:

  • Assisting with complex litigation for a mortgage and construction finance company by conducting research, reviewing disclosure, and drafting arguments.
  • Assisting with a judicial review process in the Federal Court for a client involved in the fishing industry.
  • Conducting research and prepared drafts of ancillary documents for a group of concerned plaintiffs seeking to preserve their access to a local pathway.
