Brendan has experience litigating in the Federal, Ontario, and Nova Scotia courts, in commercial arbitration and at various tribunals. Brendan is reliable, diligent and consistent in his work so that his clients are updated throughout their case, and are informed of how to reach their goals fastest and most efficiently.
Specifically, Brendan’s practice has included:
- Defending a major seed supplier in product liability proceedings;
- Acting in appeals to the Canadian International Trade Tribunal respecting duty for importation of goods;
- Acting in a wide range of copyright and trademark disputes at both the trial and appellate levels;
- Negotiating contracts and securing insurance coverage in the entertainment industry; and
- Representing both innovator and generic drug manufacturers in patent infringement proceedings.
