Rachel leads our group in the Charlottetown office as the Manager of Administrative Services. With a background in Tourism, Hospitality and HR, and over 25 years of working in the Island business community, Rachel has experience in management, strategic implementation, company collaboration, team building, and engagement. Her people-first mentality creates a workplace culture that is productive, efficient and supportive. A true believer that we are each a part of the puzzle that makes the organization work, Rachel leads with a positive attitude and a drive to succeed.

Rachel is a graduate of the Hotel & Restaurant Management Program at Holland College and has her certificate in HR Management and Strategic Leadership from e-Cornell.
