Jon knows there are no ready-made solutions – this is why he works with his clients to fix the seemingly unfixable. As a problem solver, Jon takes pride in finding innovative solutions to the issues his clients face. Jon has a degree in physics which allows him to understand and explain the technical and complex in clear, precise ways. Because of his background in both the social and technical worlds, Jon is able to present creative ideas and concepts to fit the needs of his developing client base.

  • Tax litigation, including scientific research and experimental development tax credits, international tax agreements, and clients which are charities.
  • Corporate litigation – shareholder disputes in both courts and arbitrations.
  • Environmental – regulatory compliance, enforcement and litigation.
  • Commercial – disputes surrounding secured transactions.
  • Bankruptcy and Insolvency.
