Brian G. Johnston, QC, only Atlantic Canadian included in College of Labour & Employment Lawyers Class of 2018
Halifax partner Brian G. Johnston, QC, has been elected to the College of Labour and Employment Lawyers, making him only the third management lawyer from Atlantic Canada to be inducted. Brian joins fellow Firm partners Peter McLellan, QC, and Harold Smith, QC, in this association, comprised of the leading lawyers in North America with a practice focused on labour and employment. Membership is by nomination only and qualified individuals are those who have more than 20 years of experience providing the highest level of professional services and ethical standards, a strong character and leadership skills, as well as a commitment to advancing the area of labour and employment law.
