Within this piece, Brian explains how much change can be made to an employment contract or agreement before the employer risks constructive dismissal. He notes that, “the more clear and specific the term providing for changes to the employment relationship, the more likely an employer can rely upon it to fend off an allegation of constructive dismissal.”
