Brian Tabor, QC and Larry Freeman, QC, will speak at the Atlantic Real Estate Forum, Tuesday, June 9, in Halifax, Nova Scotia.
In session C2, beginning at 1:50 p.m. AST, Brian will be the moderator of the discussion, Major Owners Weigh in on Concerns, Opportunities and Allocations Across the Region, where industry leaders will present an overview of some investment activity trends and developments over the past year in Atlantic Canada and answer some common questions within this area.
Sponsored by Stewart McKelvey, session C3 will be moderated by Larry and review retail activity in Atlantic Canada and the role investors, developers and tenant interests play in these markets. Thought leaders within this field will advise on a variety of topics, including the major similarities and differences between markets from a leasing and development perspective, which new retailers will be coming into the cities and how older retail properties can remain competitive.
