Bruce Grant, QC, speaks on insolvency in the resource & oil & gas sectors at Canadian Bar Association national conference
St. John’s partner Bruce Grant, QC, recently spoke at the 12th annual Canadian Bar Association National Insolvency Conference, held in Chicago, Illinois.
Bruce was part of a panel that reviewed the impact of low oil prices on this particular sector, and what insolvency professionals could do to assist. As the only panel member from Eastern Canada, Bruce specifically spoke to how these low prices affected this part of the country. Speakers discussed what they thought would be next for this industry and the impact such prices will have on the Canadian and North American economy going forward.
