Clarence Bennett highlighted in St. Thomas University alumni magazine
Fredericton office partner Clarence Bennett was interviewed for the St. Thomas University (“STU”) magazine, Connections, which follows alumni and friends. In this question and answer piece (page 15), Clarence, STU class of ’01, discusses what he does as a lawyer, how STU prepared him for his career path and the importance of a mentor when beginning the practice of law.
Stewart McKelvey is partnered with STU and its moot court program, the only one of its kind in Atlantic Canada. Clarence notes that this relationship is beneficial for both parties, as it allows lawyers from the firm to meet bright, ambitious law students with great potential, and provides students with, “access to information that will help them guide their legal studies and professional ambitions.”
