Clarence Bennett recognized as a Rising Star
As a recognition of excellence in the field of business law and litigation across Canada, Clarence Bennett, managing partner in Saint John and Fredericton, has received a Lexpert Rising Star: Leading Lawyer Under 40 Award.
In addition to bringing excellence and outstanding leadership to the Firm, Clarence maintains a full labour and employment practice in both Saint John and Fredericton, and provides counsel to many large employers in the region. He utilizes practice innovation and a proactive approach to ensure Stewart McKelvey clients receive the latest technology and enhanced legal services. With an ‘open door’ policy, he takes any opportunity to mentor junior partners and associate lawyers and encourages collaboration and team-building at every step of the way. Clarence also brings his leadership and expertise to worthwhile causes in the communities where he lives and works, by serving on a number of not-for-profit boards and taking on pro bono work.
