Halifax partner Daniela Bassan and research lawyer Jennifer Taylor will speak at the Canadian Bar Association 2015 National Aboriginal Law Conference, June 11 and 12 in Membertou, Nova Scotia.
Daniela will be on the panel, Advancing Economic Development Goals through Litigation, which begins at 1:30 p.m. AST, Friday, June 12. This session will discuss the benefits and drawbacks of litigation as a way to achieve economic development goals, from the perspectives of counsel to Aboriginal groups and proponents. Jennifer will join Daniela on this panel as a moderator.
