Evolving estate litigation
With trust and estate litigation continuing to grow, it’s important for individuals to stay on top of the latest developments within this area of law. Halifax partner Richard Niedermayer, TEP, will co-present a Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners Atlantic branch seminar tomorrow, April 4, that reviews various estate litigation trends. He will discuss such topics as insurance designations, discretionary trusts, multiple wills and family law claims against estates.
