Firm lawyers contribute to the country’s leading book on maritime law
Partners Will Moreira, QC, FCIArb, Kim Walsh and Scott Campbell, as well as former partner David Henley, have made substantial contributions to what has been billed as, “the leading scholarly text and reference work on maritime law in Canada”, Canadian Maritime Law Second Edition. Will is a co-editor of this new publication, while Kim, Scott and David are co-authors of multiple chapters, providing insight into legislation, international treaties and case law, focused on admiralty, shipping and navigation issues in Canada and internationally.
