Jason Woycheshyn appointed President of the Ukrainian Canadian Bar Association

Congratulations to Jason Woycheshyn, litigation lawyer in our Halifax office, who was recently appointed President of the Ukrainian Canadian Bar Association (“UCBA”). The UCBA is a network of hundreds of lawyers across Canada that aims to meet critical legal needs in the Ukrainian-Canadian community and providing legal support to Ukraine.

Jason practices across Canada in the areas of corporate/commercial litigation, agribusiness, estate litigation, and arbitration. In 2014, during the Maidan revolution, Jason served as international election observer for the Ukraine presidential elections. When he returned home, Jason helped co-found the UCBA and served as Vice-President until his latest appointment. Jason lends his leadership to supporting the UCBA in their work as a unifying voice for the Ukrainian-Canadian legal community.

To support humanitarian efforts in Ukraine, please consider a donation to the Red Cross or the Canada-Ukraine Foundation. Slava Ukraini (Glory to Ukraine)
