Level Chan provides pension legislative & legal update at pension education event
Halifax partner Level Chan will speak at the International Society of Certified Employee Benefit Specialists Halifax chapter networking and pension education session, Monday, June 22.
Level will begin his presentation at 8:20 a.m. and will review the new and upcoming changes in pension law and reforms and provide summaries of recent legal cases. He will also outline what plan amendments need to be made in order to meet new requirements, common traps to look out for and emerging trends in pension plans.
