Mark Tector speaks on CBC radio about mandatory vaccination policies in the workplace
Earlier this morning, Halifax partner Mark Tector was interviewed on a number of CBC radio shows across the country about COVID-19 vaccinations in the workplace. Further to his interview back in January, Mark discussed whether or not employers can make vaccines mandatory, and what privacy issues may arise from policies addressing this.
