Mathieu Poirier appointed Managing Partner, Moncton
Mathieu Poirier joins the Firm Management team as the new Managing Partner, Moncton, taking this role over from Christopher Stewart, who was appointed to the position in 2014.
With a business degree from Université de Moncton and an LLB from the University of Ottawa, Mathieu was called to the Ontario bar in 2005, before returning home to Atlantic Canada in 2006, where he was called to the New Brunswick bar. His practice focuses on various corporate commercial areas of law, including banking and finance, mergers and acquisitions, asset recovery and commercial real estate transactions. Mathieu has been recognized by Lexpert as a leader in the areas of corporate commercial law, as well as mergers and acquisitions.
