Mick Ryan, QC, appointed to Sport Dispute Resolution Centre of Canada board of directors
Halifax partner Mick Ryan, QC, has been appointed as a board member of the Sport Dispute Resolution Centre of Canada (“SDRCC”) for a three year term.
Nominated by the Honourable Bal Gosal, Minister of State (Sport), Mick joins 11 other individuals on the board who reflect the cultural and regional diversity found in Canadian sports. This board assists the SDRCC in showing how alternative dispute resolution can be used in the sports community to effectively and efficiently address the issues they face.
