New Brunswick lawyers discuss social media, privacy, immigration & more at MidWinter meeting

The Canadian Bar Association – New Brunswick branch MidWinter Meeting, February 7 – 9, will feature lawyers from our three New Brunswick offices as session speakers and chairs.

Saint John associate Brent McCumber, P.Eng., chairs a panel February 8 on recent tax proposals, while Moncton partner Sacha Morisset speaks on social media and the workplace. Also on Friday, Fredericton associate Danielle Harding will be the session chair for a discussion on access and privacy. Saturday, February 9, Chantal Thibodeau, QC, Moncton partner, co-presents a French session about cyber liability and data privacy. Later in the day, a discussion on Canadian immigrants starting businesses will be chaired by Danielle and have Saint John partners Christopher Marr and Sarah Dever Letson as speakers. Moncton associate Timothy Bell will also speak at a French panel looking into modernizing the Human Rights Act.
