Partners Twila Reid & Rebecca Saturley speak at administrative law & labour & employment conference
The Canadian Bar Association is hosting its 16th annual Administrative Law, Labour and Employment Conference, Sex, Drugs & The Charter of Rights, today and tomorrow in Ottawa, featuring Twila Reid, St. John’s, and Rebecca Saturley, Halifax.
In addition to her speaking role earlier today as conference co-chair, Twila will moderate a morning panel entitled, Plenary #1: Moving from the sounds of silence to the eye of the tiger. Within this session, speakers will discuss incidents of violence, harassment and bullying that have recently occurred in Canada, and will address whether or not Canadian society has become more vocal in light of these incidents.
Rebecca will co-moderate a Friday afternoon session which presents new strategies to prevent the disintegration of relationships and ways to rebuild those that have broken. Panelists will review the theories and practices of relevant creative approaches, as well as how these can be used to prevent workplace bullying and harassment, or restore toxic situations.
