Planning ahead: Richard Niedermayer, TEP, discusses unique trusts & estates planning & administration issues
During a Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners Ottawa branch meeting Wednesday, January 16, Halifax partner Richard Niedermayer, TEP, will help to answer some questions surrounding various trusts and estates matters. He will join an Ottawa lawyer to review the drafting and other considerations for different kinds of trusts, powers of appointment, pour-over wills and dynastic multi-generational trusts that one may need to address throughout the planing and administration process.
