Richard Niedermayer, TEP, outlines how to use trusts tax efficiently in upcoming seminar
Halifax partner Richard Niedermayer, TEP, will present a seminar at the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nova Scotia, Friday, January 8, beginning at 9:00 a.m. AST.
Within his presentation, Richard will define the various types of trusts, such as inter vivos, family and self-benefit. He will review the importance of estate and probate planning, and why it is relevant to tax practitioners.
