Richard Niedermayer, TEP, to speak at estate planning seminar
The Atlantic Canadian branch of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners is hosting its third seminar of the 2016 – 2017 season today, March 9, at 2:30 p.m., featuring Richard Niedermayer, TEP.
Richard will co-present Joint Tenancy and Real Estate Issues in Estate Planning, which will explore potential problems surrounding the title, transfer and taxation of property in Atlantic Canada. He will discuss such subjects as the different qualities that holding land has based on kinds of trusts, as well as the principal residence exemption.
