Fredericton partner Richard Petrie has been chosen to be the keynote speaker at an upcoming HR forum presented by the Fredericton Chamber of Commerce and the Human Resources Association of New Brunswick. The Top 5 Human Resources Related Risks You Need to Know About, will be taking place Tuesday, May 5, from 7:45 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. AST.
During his discussion, Richard will outline the latest legal trends relating to HR and labour laws, including respectful workplace issues, constructive dismissal cases and social media issues involving the workplace.
