Rick Dunlop chairs Canadian Association of Counsel to Employers webinar
Halifax lawyer Rick Dunlop led a national panel of industry experts in a webinar today (November 30), hosted by the Canadian Association of Counsel to Employers.
The webinar provided a checkup on construction industry labour relations across the country, with Rick guiding speakers through the different approaches jurisdictions take with respect to certification rules, accreditation of employer organizations, project agreements and more.
