Sadira Jan reviews what to look for in non-disclosure agreements at Smart Energy event
During the 14th annual Smart Energy 2018 event today, Halifax partner Sadira Jan will be hosting a session on confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements (“NDAs”). Sadie will provide attendees with an overview of NDAs, including the primary goal of these documents, what key elements need to be included and lessons to be learned from related case law.
Later in the day, Sadie will also be moderating the panel, Success in Smart Energy, featuring leaders in sustainability planning.
