Scott Barry admitted into the partnership

On January 1, 2016, Charlottetown lawyer Scott Barry was admitted into the Stewart McKelvey partnership.

Scott was called to the Prince Edward Island bar in 2009, after completing degrees at St. Thomas University and Dalhousie University. While he expands his focus to meet his clients’ unique needs, Scott’s practice is mostly comprised of criminal and civil litigation, as well as property and real estate development cases. He is aware that the legal process can be confusing and daunting, which is why he makes it a priority to keep his clients involved and informed every step of the way, in order to efficiently and effectively solve the issues they face. Clients include small business owners, current and future homeowners, financial institutions and individuals charged with Criminal Code offences. In the past, Scott has helped businesses collect on overdue accounts, represented individual land owners involved in real property disputes and assisted financial institutions realize on their security.
