As part of the Canadian Bar Association Skilled Lawyer Series V Corporate Drafting for Lawyers, Maureen Ryan will be co-presenting the online module Drafting Key Provisions of the Asset Purchase Agreement, starting at 12:00 p.m. EST, Tuesday, April 14.
