Charlottetown partner Stephen Carpenter, CPHR, as well as former associate Jonah Clements, are among those who contributed a chapter to edition eight of The Employment Law Review. This publication features insights from 46 countries around the world, and is intended to provide legal practitioners and human resources professionals with updated information on issues and challenges that may be found in employment law. Stephen and Jonah wrote the 13-page chapter for Canada.
