Stewart McKelvey committed to enhancing student development at Dalhousie University
Dalhousie University Board of Governors chair Lawrence Stordy, QC and vice-chair Candace Thomas, continue to help students learn and grow with opportunities outside of the classroom.
At the grand re-opening of the Student Union Building, Wednesday, January 18, Larry was on hand to offer some remarks on the news space: “As you look around the campus, this is just another example of a building that is really going to help students succeed,” noted Larry.
On Friday, January 20, Candace joined two other Board of Governors members on a panel during the Rowe School of Business – Women in Business Association 2017 Atlantic Conference. Speakers discussed their personal experiences and provided advice to help students become successful leaders in the workplace.
