Stewart McKelvey first Atlantic Canadian law firm to receive a Legal Marketing Association Your Honour Award
Stewart McKelvey has received the Legal Marketing Association’s (“LMA”) Your Honour Award, in the category of Events, for its ongoing sponsorship of the Halifax Chamber of Commerce‘s Annual Fall Dinner. Year-over-year the firm has partnered with a local non-profit to join the firm on stage, and in the event promotions, to provide an additional keynote: in 2012 the firm invited the IWK to participate in a panel discussion about healthcare policy and innovation; in 2013 the firm partnered with Canadian Cancer Society to create and feature portraits of local business leaders impacted by cancer, and; in 2014 the firm partnered with Phoenix to create and launch a version of Dave Carroll’s song, Now.
The award was received at the gala event in Toronto, Thursday, February 26.
