Stewart McKelvey wins Canadian Occupational Safety’s “5-Star Safety Law Firm” award, with James LeMesurier, QC, named a “5-Star Safety Lawyer”
Following an in-depth survey of safety professionals across the country, Stewart McKelvey is one of only 12 law firms nationally to receive the 5-Star Safety Law Firm Award from Canadian Occupational Safety Magazine. This occupational health and safety publication released its inaugural list, which also names James LeMesurier, QC, Saint John partner, as one of 14 5-Star Safety Lawyers. Both individual and firm winners are considered the “best and brightest legal minds in the OH&S sphere”, and were chosen based upon feedback from safety professionals, who were asked to rate and recommend lawyers and firms they work closely with, as well as to outline what is most valuable when doing business. Those with the highest ranking in quality of work, client service and experience, were given a 5-Star Award.
We are pleased to accept this recognition and continue to provide clients with legal counsel and the latest insights into occupational health and safety legislation in Atlantic Canada.
