Jessica Habet joins our St. John’s team to help clients in both Spanish and English with various corporate immigration, labour and employment, civil litigation and trademark registration issues.
Our Halifax office welcomes: Nathan Gates (corporate/commercial; corporate restructuring and insolvency; tax), Katie Giacomantonio (mergers and acquisitions; corporate/commercial; business transactions); Nick Grant (litigation; corporate/commercial; intellectual property), Simon McCormick (corporate/commercial; real property; owner managed business), Brianne Rudderham (general litigation; insurance litigation; health law) and Justin Song (tax and corporate tax, mergers and acquisitions; business transactions).
Andrea Leclair Shefler, Charlottetown, will focus her practice on litigation, in both English and French.
