Client Update: Minor Injury Cap 2014

On January 31, 2014, The Office of the Superintendent of Insurance issued a bulletin in Nova Scotia. For 2014, the Minor Injury Cap for Nova Scotia is $8,213. This is a 1.4 per cent increase over the previous year, based on the CPI for Nova Scotia as of December 2013.
