Discovery: Atlantic Education & the Law – Issue 09

We are pleased to present the ninth issue of Discovery, our very own legal publication targeted to educational institutions in Atlantic Canada.

Fall is here again, and academic institutions in the region have cautiously welcomed students back to campus amid a fourth wave of the pandemic. This issue addresses a number of topics relevant to Atlantic Canadian universities and colleges, from the CAUT censure process, changes to New Brunswick’s Construction Remedies Act, immigration policies impacting international students and procedural fairness when addressing private social media posts (featured in both French and English).
