Emera Incorporated (TSX:EMA) completed its public offering of five million First Preferred Shares, Series E on June 10, 2013, for gross proceeds of $125 million. The syndicate of underwriters was led by RBC Capital Markets, CIBC and Scotiabank and TD Securities.
