St. John’s partner Erin Best appointed chair of the Canadian Bar Association National Intellectual Property Section
As of September 1, 2019, Erin Best has assumed the role of chair of the Canadian Bar Association National Intellectual Property Section, for the 2019/2020 term.
This section works with the Federal Courts and Court of Appeal, the Copyright Board, CIPO, ISED and others to address and discuss a number of different intellectual property matters, including innovation, legislative reform and other issues relating to patents, trademarks, copyright and industrial design.
