St. John’s Partner, Twila Reid, ICD.D, named a Fellow of the College of Labor & Employment Lawyers

Congratulations to Twila Reid, ICD.D, Partner in our St. John’s office, on being named a Fellow of the College of Labor & Employment Lawyers. Twila is one of the Atlantic region’s most experienced labour and employment lawyers, and primarily practices in the areas of respectful workplace, harassment, investigations, arbitrations, collective bargaining, administrative law, and privacy.

Twila is the second ever named Fellow from Newfoundland and Labrador, and the only one currently practicing (the first being the now-retired Harold Smith, K.C.). Twila joins Managing Partner Rebecca Saturley, Partner Brian Johnston, K.C. (both in the Halifax office), and Partner James LeMesurier, K.C. (Saint John) in this esteemed group of the most accomplished members of the labour and employment law community in Canada and the United States.

The College of Labor and Employment Lawyers “is a distinguished body of individuals drawing its membership from the best and brightest lawyers, academicians and scholars in the field of Labor and Employment Law.” Twila will officially be inducted in a ceremony taking place in Seattle, WA, on November 11, 2023.
