Some of Nadine’s representative experience includes:
- Representing over 40 agricultural landowners facing expropriation by a public utilities company for a major transmission line expansion project; negotiated terms of settlement with expropriating authority on behalf of each client with a focus on maximizing quantum of compensation while minimizing tax liability.
- Assisting on a complex share sale of an emerging technology company to a Fortune 500 company, including by supporting due diligence, drafting ancillary documents, and facilitating closing.
- Providing end-to-end advice and services to successful bidders in a number public procurement processes, including municipal procurement of professional services and Parks Canada procurement of tourism services.
