We are pleased to welcome Saint John associate Joel Reed back to the Firm. With experience working as in-house counsel on the strategic aspects of business transactions, Joel’s perspectives goes beyond purely legal considerations. He will be assisting clients with matters involving banking and financing, commercial transactions/agreements, corporate formation/reorganization, mergers and acquisitions, as well as tax law.
